Anderson Associates was hired to design a remodel of an existing memory courtyard. Design services included a new sidewalk paving layout, artificial grass putting green, sitting wall, trellises, and landscape and irrigation design. The courtyard construction was completed in 2012.

The Springs at Cornell Oaks Memory Care Courtyard

The memory care courtyard was constructed in 2013, and the design services included paving layout, a sitting wall/planter detail, bench and lighting bollard layout and landscape and irrigation design.

Waterhouse Ridge Memory Care Residence
Beaverton, Oregon
Waterhouse Ridge is a single story memory care residence that includes two secure courtyards. The courtyards include seating, a raised planter for residents to enjoy gardening, water features and a free standing 'greenscreen' for a variety of vines. The project was completed in 2015.
